Liz - Culinary Director
Liz is a cordon bleu trained chef with a lifelong passion for food & hospitality. Cooking for friends, family, creating bespoke menus for private clients and a love of bringing people together. From the beginning of her culinary journey as a chalet host & chef in the Alps, running her own French Airbnb, working for a privately owned grousemoor shoot in Yorkshire, wine launches, lunches & dinners in the Highlands, sailing, shoots, fly fishing, the races, car rallies, hen parties, fabulous picnics, beautiful cakes, wedding breakfasts; her experience is certainly a massive asset to every culinary journey.
Her menus are designed with care, locally sourced Yorkshire produce, seasonality & tailored to each occasion from intimate private dining experiences to elegant bespoke wedding parties focusing on restaurant quality cuisines with her own personal touch.
Her philosophy is keep it simple, let the food shine, delight with the senses & make fabulous memories.
Jackie - Culinary & Creative Director
Jackie brings over 30 years of international event experience to the team. Combined with her love of cooking, but not formally trained, she works alongside Liz in the kitchen, contributing her skill, in creativity, meticulous attention to detail to craft menus that complement each occasion.
Jackie’s extensive background in event planning has taken her across Europe, the Middle East, Asian Pacific, delivering high profile conferences, awards, bespoke gatherings where timing, atmosphere and guest experience is paramount, from planning to styling.
Nick - Ceremony, Hospitality, Event Leadership
Nick brings decades of international event experience, military discipline and refined hospitality to the team. Trained at Sandhurst and a former officer with the Queen’s Own Hussars. A fully accredited Toastmaster, Celebrant, Chevalier Sabreur; he specialises in ceremonial protocol, making every occasion truly intimate and flawlessly executed with his memorable touches such as champagne sabrage. Nick’s presence ensure that weddings, private diners and social events feel polished, well-paced and memorable.
